We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Columbia, TN for 2 nights while in town for a family wedding. The facility was nicely decorated, brightly lit, clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located in a region near I-65 with other hotels, restaurants and gas stations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One staff member in particular named Ryan was extremely friendly and just an all around pleasant person to deal with. The facility offered a very nice breakfast in the mornings. Coffee was excellent! Scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles from scratch, yogurt, fruit, cereals, milk and juice were offered. In the evenings the hotel offered fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. These were a big hit, deliciously warm right out of the oven and they made the lobby smell so good! The pool and exercise rooms were nice amenities. Pool was a nice size. Exercise room had a nice quality treadmill and a great selection of dumbbells up to 50 pounds each. We enjoyed our stay here.

Room Tip: No elevator, ask for 1st floor if needed.

Placed the reservation on their website for a better price. Staff very polite and helpful. Room was clean and roomy. The shower was hot and great shower head. The bed was nice and had assortment of pillows to choose from. The breakfast was really good. This would be a place I stay at again on my way to Florida. The only drawback was finding a parking spot since we arrived around 10:30 pm. Otherwise great place. Thumbs up!

This hotel has two floors, but no elevator and only stairs at the ends. If you are staying on the first floor, it's not a problem.

I stayed in room 129 (handicapped accessible) which is at the end of the hall. The room has a microwave/refrigerator combination and the other amenities that you would expect. The room was clean. I only noted one blemish. There is a place on the bathroom wall where the paint has been knocked off. It would be a simple touch-up.

There is an outside door next to this room. You can hear people coming and going during the night. I recommend that you stay at least one room away from this door.

We had breakfast the next morning. It was the usual that you expect at a Comfort Inn - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries.

I would stay here again.

Room Tip: Avoid the second floor since there is no elevator, only stairs.

Try and get a room at either end near the side doors. If your room is in the middle on the second floor you have a long way to haul your luggage, which we had to do. There is no elevator or stair case in the middle. Very poor design. The room itself was clean and we got a good night sleep. There was work being done on the property but till they find a way for a elevator I think I will keep moving down the road till I found a more comfortable place.

While this town is quite close to home, I had an evening photo shoot in Columbia, a morning photograph to take at Henry Horton State Park and then on to Tullahoma for a few more photos so decided to spend the night in Columbia ~ a little get away for the two of us!
We found the hotel to be mostly finished on the re-furbinshing project, so our room was in very good condition, newly painted, new furniture, bedding, and draperies. Our room was on the second floor on the back side so was very quiet. (Hot water with good pressure too)!
The breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold options that was included in the room rate.
There was no elevator (that we found), but it didn't really matter as we only had a small suitcase.
Front desk personal was very efficient and helpful.
Yes, I'd stay again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the back side are quieter, if navigating stairs is difficult, make sure you can get a room on the first floor.
