Went for a late lunch - ordered Garlic Knots, Lobster Ravioli, and a big topper pizza.
First time there, the ordering process was confusing, but the cashier explained it well - not many patrons there after lunch. The garlic knots weren't very tasty - just no flavor. I've had these at other places and certainly more tasty with more of a yeasty pizza bread flavor.
The lobster ravioli was only average - have had some from Costco that I cooked at home that was better.
The pizza crust was damp and didn't have enough cheese or tomato sauce to hold the ingredients in place while trying to eat it.
The manager/owner walked through the dining room on his cellphone rudely talking loudly to someone -.doesn't he have an office to call from?
Not impressed!! I've been to Italy, and several Littly Italy areas in many f our major cities, and Ciao Baby is just average, at best.
I'd like to be more positive, but not for this visit.
