The menus is not typical. Some people like that. I’m not a fan of the menus or food prep at Restaraunt. They have great location, nice building but lacking in some traditional meals that local folks are looking for.

Late lunch, with friends.
$13 lunch menu is great food and good value.
We had the beer battered fish sandwich which was excellent and the spinach/grilled fish dish which was even better.
The 2 young ladies that served us were very friendly and efficient.
Good range of beers at the bar, unusual to see draught Guiness so full marks for that.
Would have been a 5 star review except that every glass of water came with PLASTIC STRAW. Really? And now I am forced to contribute to plastic waste, I don't even get a choice.
Not acceptable in 2019 #stopsucking.

We arrived around 8:30 hoping to grab a quick bite in the bar. After waiting for approximately 5-10 minutes to be acknowledged by any of the staff, we decided to just seat ourselves. There were several people at the bar, and we noticed 2 servers sitting at a table in the back of the bar counting their tips, This should have been our first clue that we weren't going to get any service at all, since all they wanted was to end their night. After another 10-15 minutes, we went to the bar and asked if anyone there was going to help us. About 5 minutes later, the bartender came over and took our drink order. When we asked for a menu also, we were told that the kitchen was now closed. We'd already been sitting there almost 20-25 minutes, so of course now it was close to 9:00, when the kitchen closes. If you don't want customers coming in for food near your close time, then change your hours - or at least acknowledge the customers that do arrive and tell them you can't (or won't) serve food. Don't just ignore us hoping we go away. Sorry to have bothered you! I will go away and won't be back. Worst service.

Place itself is very nice, trying to be a high end Pub, bar prices are a bit high, not terrible, small plates at the bar good and OK priced. The menu price's a bit high for what you get. Example fish and chips. 1 medium sized piece of fish, a bit to much batter to fish ratio taste was good, chips small chunks of potato nothing special, $22. For $22 I would expect a bit more fish. Wife had the Garden Salad, now for $10 that was a nice salad she enjoyed very much. You have to pay for the bread/butter but it was good. From what we saw coming out of the kitchen is all looked nice to the eye, presented very well, just a few dollars high to me. I would say dinner for 2 with 1 glass of wine each probably going to cost $55 to $80 with tip. Staff was good, speed of service good, place is nice, just a bit more that I like to pay for 1 meal.

We visit the Scottish Pub on Collierville Square approximately 2X/mo.
Their menu is different, the cooking is different, the flavors are very good.
They have a sufficient range of beers and wines to satisfy us over time.
Service has been adequate.
Only complaint I have is that they put coo much cucumber in their water pitchers that they leave on the table. One slice of cucumber would suffice, not a half of cuke.
Otherwise, no complains.
