This is a great place to eat and have a sit if you're in the Collierville area. It is a husband/wife team that own this little shop. They opened in 2008 (I think) and have come a looong way. It's a local hotspot, but not well known past Germantown border (but definitely should be!) It doesn't cost any more than Starbucks would, but has a much better selection of drinks and food. And they have this brand of coffee that's straight-from-plantation that you won't find anywhere near here (I think they said Texas was the next closest place). The inside is really cool too. They did a great job decorating! They sell locally produced art and merchandise. And they have pictures taken of the Collierville Square (the shop sits right inside the square) around 100 years ago.
I really can't say enough that would adequality describe the food and atmosphere provided by this family-owned coffee shop. Oh.. and they have free highspeed wi-fi!
