Yes, this Ramada is limited.... Limited in it's capacity to be a decent place to stay. This hotel had clean sheets (I tossed the comforter on the floor and didn't let the blanket touch my skin) and the sink and bath tub were clean. The shower curtain smelled like something rotting. The toilet was balancing with pieces of soap bar wedged under it. The carpet was disgusting. I kept my shoes on unless I was standing on a towel. The wall near the bathroom towel rack had what I'm hoping was lotion dried on the wall. (I shudder to think what else it might have been.) I paid about 50.00 per night and I guess that sums it up. It had been paid up front non-refundable from the internet, otherwise I would have gone across the street to the holiday inn express.

Room Tip: Don't stay here :)

The room was dirty and had a terrible smell to it. I have no idea when it was last cleaned. The sink
was plugged, the bath drain plug was broken and sitting on the edge of the tub, the AC outlet by
the A/C unit was loose and had no cover plate, posing a serious hazard. These problems were
mentioned to the front desk on departure. She did not seem to care much about it as we had
already paid! A great place to stay away from!

It was about one notch up from a truck stop. Our non-smoking room was directly adjoining a smoking room. They have numerous "weeklies" who stay there and who were out on balconies till all hours. Our room door had problems. The bathroom fan sounded like a dying animal. When the washcloths were wet, they were brown instead of white. (need to be bleached) The toilet "rocked" on its base. Someone had spilled nail polish on the nightstand. Ramada used to be at least an upper middle brand. This was not my experience. I did report my door, bathroom fan and toilet problems to the staff so that they could make repairs before any additional problems arose, esp with the toilet. The staff was very nice and I got a great rate online, but that can't make up for a sub-par room. We stay often in Cleveland and only booked this hotel because our other favorites were full. I would drive to Chattanooga to get a room before I do this hotel again.
