I chose this hotel based on the reviews even though it added a little bit of commute time; my business while visiting was at Ft Campbell. I obviously cannot compare it to the hotels that were right outside the gate as I have never stayed at them, but I do not regret my decision. The hotel is very conveniently located off the highway exit, the staff helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable, and there are many places to eat or shop in very close proximity. regarding the commute, it was quite painless and took me only 20 minutes or so to get to Gate 7 and on to Campbell Army Airfield.

The breakfast buffet is quite good, better than many hotels I have stayed at. I would say this alone subtracts $10-$15 off the room price as you can get a good breakfast and not need go anywhere else. They have enough variety: from your basic bacon, eggs, potatoes, and waffles; to more healthy choices such as fruit, oatmeal, and yogurt; to ensure everyone gets something to eat. And the buffet hours, 6-10, provide ample time to get there.

The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and everything was clean. Parking was ample and the area was well lit and seemed safe. Every manner of eating establishment was within a mile as was a shopping mall, Walmart, and a large chain grocery store (can't recall the name). There was a small exercise room with 2 treadmills and 2 elliptical machines. There was also a sauna, hot tub, and small pool right within the lobby. Nice. A larger pool (not real big, but adequate for some relaxing) was outside but closed while I was there. I did not eat at the restaurant so I cannot comment on their food, but it is available as well.

If I am back in the area, this hotel will certainly be at the top of my list.

I stayed here for five nights for business in early March 2012. The outside is a little worn, but the rooms are fairly nice with new furnishings. Two particularly good features are the bar and breakfast buffet. Happy hour every day from 5-7pm with $1.25 drafts and the convenience of walking from your room. Plenty of tables and chairs for lounging, talking, and conducting business. Food is better than average and not bad for a hotel (at there 3 of 5 nights). Breakfast is a full buffet with plenty of diversity and something for everyone.

I did not try the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, or exercise room, but they looked fine.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No problems with safety of noise from other guests.

The worst part of this hotel is the entrance/exit situation. It is right off a busy road and traffic backs up on the side street, often blocking the entrance.

Easy to access from the interstate. A bit tricky to find the actual entrance to the hotel, but it's not too hard. Clean, comfortable room. We had both dinner and breakfast there, both of which were very good. Hot tub and sauna were fine. Swimming pool was a llittle bit warm, but not bad. Very friendly staff.

Room Tip: Our room faced the inner courtyard, so it was nice and quiet.

This is a hotel whose time has come and gone. Entry to rooms is directly from parking lot. Everything in the room was very dated and worn, though apparently clean. Interior pool was murky; hot tub was "sudsy"; and sauna controls were broken. Full complementary breakfast is served. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Too much money for the quality of the hotel. Won't stay there again.

This is a nice hotel well located for the traveller just off I 24 W. It is older, but generally well maintained. Two big plusses are the excellent hot breakfast buffet and the restaurant and bar right in the building. The restaurant had a nice selection of menu items at reasonable prices. Tasty fare!!! I'd recommend the prime rib sandwich.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The attention to detail needs improvement: there was only 1 bath towel in the room the remote control was nowhere to be found in the room. When the front desk was notified, they took care of the problems immediately but there should not be a reason for these minor things to happen.

The indoor pool, sauna and hot tub were nice, although the hot tub jets were very noisy.

All in all, we were not disappointed.

Room Tip: Two levels with no elevator and only outside hallway access. Not a problem for us, but make notes t...

This is my second stay at this location. The staff was very nice and helpful. I got into room 249, and after a few minutes realized there was a problem with the heater( only blew cold air, even on high). I called the desk and they immediately moved me to another room, brought the room keys, and even offered to help me move my bags. Excellent service. This location has an awesome buffet-style breakfast, makes you feel like you're in a restaurant. Big hotel with lots of parking. I'll be back.

Room Tip: A little humid in the open air lobby due to the spa.
