We have stayed twice at this Fairfield, primarily for its rate, location, and rewards points (another reason we choose Marriott properties). The hotel was converted in the mid-2000s from another "motel" brand. It has outside room access and security locks all around, and you can hear the heel-steps of other guests. Our room was clean and everything worked, with the bedding and linens we like at Fairfield Inns, and had the bonus of an a/c unit that allows the fan to run continuously to mask all outside noise. The staff was helpful and friendly (it's a Tennessee thing), and breakfast in the small dining room was adequate.
It's unusual for a Fairfield Inn to be in the dated, motel-style layout, but the value here is good.More
