Our orchestra visited the area in March 2014 and twenty-two of our teens along with two chaperones descended on this restaurant at lunchtime without reservations. Not only did they accommodate us quickly and happily, they served us quality food at a reasonable price. The owner stopped by our tables several time to check on us and made us feel very welcome. The staff treated the kids with respect and courtesy. We couldn't have been happier with the service or food.

Had dinner on April 17 at an outside table. Very pleasant servers and the meals were outstanding. I chose the Steve Pickett Trout, grilled, and was very pleased. We shared a crab cake appetizer which was delicious. Each of us (3) had a Caesar Salad which was large and also delicious. One of my guests had the 6 oz. filet, which they enjoyed, as did my other guest that tried the Shrimp & Crawfish Etoufee, stating it was every bit as good as he has had in New Orleans. Overall a wonderful evening and we look forward to a return visit.

Service was a little slow, but the atmosphere and food was so enjoyable I didn't really care. Steak frites was great!

We had a lovely BLT and a delicious cranberry scone here while waiting to take the Incline Railway up to Lookout Mountain. The Americano coffee was a bit watery but the house coffee was good. The waitress was friendly and helpful but the guy behind the counter was a little distracted.
