“Finally, excellent brick oven-style pizza in Chattanooga!”
Reviewed September 8, 2013 via mobile

As good as the best brick oven pizza I've had in the northeast, but with attentive southern service. You can tell the ingredients are of the highest quality, and the gelato was to die for! There aren't many places downtown that we go to time and time again, this will be one of them.

“Great place”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

We almost skipped this place because of other reviews. We couldn't have been more pleased. Lunch was so good we returned for a evening snack and drinks. The chorizo pizza is amazing. Actually, everything we had was amazing (meatball sandwich with eggplant and toast points with 3 different spreads). The service was very good too.

“Good service, cool restaurant, decent food”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

We were seated right away and everyone working had a positive attitude. The place has a cool atmosphere and nice setup, huge booths.
We ordered spinach and artichoke dip. It was spicy but otherwise didn't have any particularly distinct flavor. It wasn't bad it just didn't stand out.
For pizza we had pepperoni and mushroom. The first time they brought it out they had tomatoes instead of pepperoni. When they brought out the correct order, a few minutes later, it was okay. It wasn't killer by any stretch but it was distinct in comparison with other pizza places in the area. The sauce was fine, toppings were good and the crust was delicious. The crust was by far the best thing about the pizza, thin and delicious. Fresh.

I doubt I'll be back as there are other pizza places I haven't tried yet and they'll be next on my list.

“Great meal”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

We were heading into Chattanooga for lunch and planned on visiting our favorite place to eat but as we passed right by Community Pie we thought it looked like a great new place we should try so we whipped around the block to give it a shot. Let me say I was not disappointed in the brews they offer, the food they create or the service. We had a wonderful server who really did a good job. We ordered the Neapolitan pizza, the Sweet Fig. That was one great pizza minus the olives. For an appetizer I ordered the Grown up Fried Cheese and was expecting something like the standard fried mozzarella sticks. Boy was I wrong. This appetizer could be a meal for one person. These things were huge and absolutely wonderful. Overall it was a great meal and the next time we come back to Chattanooga we have a new place to visit.
