Beautiful hotel, extra large room, nice view of the river (itself, across the way was not very exciting). Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk (Daniel and Jake) both were helpful in suggesting dining and entertainment in the area. Since this is not truly a "downtown" site the $8 parking fee seemed out of line.

Front desk clerks and bartender were exceptionally friendly. Excellent views of Tennessee River. Had an expansive back porch with a "fire pit" that was much appreciated in the cold of a November night, when one wants to get out and get some fresh air after a long day's ride in the car. Room had all the amenities, and hot breakfast was expansive and readily replenished. Only downsides: without GPS, hotel might be a little hard to get to for the out-of-towner unfamiliar with Chattanooga's streets, and noises from other rooms tend to be all too easy to hear when all is quiet in your own room. Still, this hotel is well worth your while.

My advice, look at the pretty (interesting) pictures of the hotel online and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, but you should know what you are purchasing - especially for the price.

1) The decor of entire hotel is "modern". The furniture and layout is designed more for an artistic look than comfort. For example, the couch is an interesting design (and looks good in pictures) but is not comfortable.

2) The location is inconvenient. The hotel sits at the end of River Front. Walking to any of the attractions is a bit of a stretch. Expect a minimum 15 minute walk to Broad Street. There is a bike station at the hotel, which is nice.

3) Although on the river, the view is less than impressive. Expect to see undeveloped lots and scrape barges - remember, it's on the butt-ugly end of River Front, so the patio area they brag about...again, much better in the photos.

4) The breakfast was about what you would get at a low quality hotel.

5) Expect $8 a day for parking.

On the plus side...the staff was pleasant.

Very nice & new hotel. But I do not like location. We feel isolated in an old area next to vacant buildings.
Indoor pool is ok size, hottub is great loved it. Balcony view of river is not wonderful. We will prob check out tomorrow. Not worth the price. I had a coupon for 10 percent off the room, which said no limit. The front desk guys studied it , then said it was for 1 night only. Plus they charge $8 a day parking fee. I was not greeted as a platinum member, nor were any of my request honored or mentioned. No extra foam pillows, no top floor. Disappointed overall.

We had adjoining rooms and accidentally locked ourselves out of one side and it was latched too! Carlos worked hard to get us back in! On top of that, the hotel is beautiful and so clean! We will come back for sure!
