Went on a not very busy thursday for lunch. Orders are taken at the counter, diners are given a number and the server brings out the food when it is ready. Our number was 28.
After waiting 30 minutes (and seeing persons who ordered after us receive their food), my wife told our server that we had an appointment to make and inquired whether she could check on the the progress of our order. Another fifteen minutes passed. We heard nothing more about the status of our food, but order #32 was brought out to a neighboring table. SInce there was no staff present in the front of the house, I had to walk into the kitchen to tell them we could wait no longer and we needed our money back.
I think the restaurant suffers from a lack of leadership. There didn't seem to be any owner or manager present, just three college kids trying to run a restaurant as well as they could.
