Description: When you walk in to Marco's Italian Bistro you'll feel as though you've stepped in to a scene from the Soprano's... A small piece of Little Italy or a restaurant on a street corner in Rome. Come join us for dinner, you'll find that we cook everything from scratch. In our kitchen you won't find a single can, jar, or box - just freshly prepared, handmade, authentic Italian cuisine unlike any other in town. Our Martini menu can get overwhelming... We do recommend trying every single one of our 60 martinis. We do not, however, recommend trying them all in one visit. We also stock a wide variety of wines from all over the world - guaranteed to make your meal an even more amazing experience.

“Italian for those who do not eat pasta...”
Reviewed May 19, 2013

What a treat it was to find an Italian restaurant that did not serve pasta with every entree. Our entrees had sides of beautifully presented and plated vegetables.
I ordered a steak, cooked rare, and it was rare. There veggies were NOT the medley of broccoli, carrots, etc. My green beans were seasoned perfectly, crunchy and delicious.
Our son lives in Chattanooga and we will DEFINITELY go there again.

“Great dining experience on the North Shore”
Reviewed May 14, 2013

Four of us dined here for dinner. We all raved about the food, ambience and service. We each had a different entree and each thought his was the best. A good but not exceptional wine list but reasonably priced. Killer martinis!! We'll definitely return.

“An amazing memory for our family”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

My nephew graduated from Covenant College this weekend. Our families were converging in Chattanooga from 4 different states, and my brother looked for a great Italian restaurant where we could celebrate after the ceremony. He found one!! He made our reservations for a large party several weeks in advance, and the staff was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Despite the flurry of activity upon our arrival, everyone received a prompt and courteous greeting and something to drink within minutes. Seating was perfect, allowing for us to socialize easily without disturbing the other guests. Our server never missed a beat, and could not have been more wonderful. The food -- INCREDIBLE!! Did not taste one thing that could have been prepared any better. The only problem with Marco's is that it isnt closer to Arkansas!!!

“Great Place to Eat”
Reviewed April 13, 2013

On way from Nashville to Chattanooga, I drove through downtown area. Found parking and walked around then crossed the Tennessee River. By then I was hungry and wanted to go back to the more established collection of restaurants on the other side. I checked for a good restaurant where I already was, and found Marco's. It is a casual diner that does not offer a direct view of the river. There is a nice size bar and outside seating. I sat inside. Service was prompt, the menu is fairly diverse, wine list also quite good. My food arrived promptly, the soup and salad were also tasteful. On the whole, I pad half of what I could have on the other side for the same price. There is also free parking on the side street. So a great place to park, have your meal then cross over the other side for a visit to the aquarium. Hope this helps.

“Great Italian Food & Atmosphere”
Reviewed February 20, 2013

Marco's is a real treat. We found a table in the bar area and had our drink order in before we were all seated. The drinks arrived quickly (after all we were in the bar), but our server was careful not to interrupt or rush our conversation which was nice. We did not intend to order dinner, but had apetizers with our drinks. And the apetizers were large enough to make a meal and quite tasty. The menu did include a "make your own pasta" section with choices of pasta, sauces and topings to mix and match as well as the usual Italian dishes. We had a wonderful experience and will be back.
