Upon our arrival we were greated by Colby - whom was working the entire week we spent at the hotel. He was pleasant and very warm and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and easy access from the highway. Our room was very roomy and easy access to elevator and ice, etc.

Clean facility, nice decor and atmosphere. PJ was an abundance of help ensuring that we knew about the local attractions, events and hotel amenities. He was definitely a kid-saver - informing us about the fireworks that would be after the baseball game on July 4th. We were able to enjoy the fireworks as we would normally - regardless of the rain everyday of our vacation.

As i write this Scott the front desk associate was also a big help tonight. Even with incorrect information he was able to correct the information - provide further directions and all with a smile at 1am.

Thanks to Colby, PJ and Scott our vacation wasnt a 'wash' as the weather was.
We will return - everyone we saw provided service with a smile.

Room Tip: Maybe request one side or the other depending on the holiday/season for the view.

The staff makes the hotel. The hotel is just walls, the employees breathe life into them. We are blessed to have so many great employees. Colby is always ready to help, Scott can fix any problem, and PJ is a wealth of information. If there is any way we can make your stay better we want to do it. Let us know how we can better serve you. Just tell the front desk.

Nice place to stay - GREAT Staff. Great Location. Close to alot of activities and restaurants. But the HHonors Program is becoming less attractive every day. It is clearly not staying up with the competition

I have heard several people tell me that we should raise our rate and include breakfast and parking so that everthing is included in the price. I kind of like paying for what you want and leaving the rest. But maybe I am in the minority. We certainly appreceate your input to the cituation and I will pass it along to the GM and beyond. If you want something more please let us know how we can inprove you stay or benifits.

Thanks, Mark Zielke Front Desk Manager.

This hotel is clean, the beds are nice, and it has a pool, fitness center, and business center. All of these are small, but they are there.

Of course, you are within walking distance to the aquarium, the creative discovery museum, the baseball park, and downtown attractions and restaurants. That's a plus.

The only problem is that the parking lot is a shared public lot before 6pm. With all those attractions next door, if you leave the lot during the day to go to Lookout Mountain or something like that, you might not have a spot waiting for you when we get back. Of course, it is the July 4 weekend as of this writing, so maybe it's not quite so bad other times during the year.

Parking was a little full on the July 4th weekend. One of the more popular holidays for Chattanooga. We do take proactive steps when we see that parking is going to be an issue. We close the gate early and we have another lot that we can send guests to that is right across the street. It is nice that we are so centrally located that you can walk less than 3 blocks to so many attractions. It was very rainy too, so indoors was the place to be those days around the 4th. Come back soon and try us out again when you aren't fighting the crowds or the rain. Look forward to seeing you soon.

A good hotel. Excellent Staff. They are very helpful, nice and courteous. Parking accomodations are good and reasonable. Their suggestions for places to eat were spot on. A great breakfast (which you pay; not free), clean rooms and a superb location that is within walking distance to restaurants, exhibits and the River Walk.

Room Tip: Bring money

The River walk is so nice. I don't know how the city manager to get 10 miles of riverfront property and dedicate it to a park, but it is nice. It makes for a great bike ride so either bring a bike or rent on by the river walk. There has been several time where I have seen bald eagle, osprey, red tail hawks, falcons, pileated red headed woodpeckers, and more. So nice to have wildlife next to the city. Lots of great state parks close by as well. Mountains, valleys, rivers all close by make for a great time around the area if you have the time. Wonderful part of the world, come back and see us soon.

Very Nice hotel - great location to all activity in the city - walking distance to everything - hotel staff and service overall is an A+ (we have many choices when staying downtown but HGI is my favorite)

The staff can truly make or break a stay. That is what makes the Hilton Garden Inn so special. We have a great staff here and are lucky to have them. PJ meeting you at your car, to help with the loading and unloading. Or Rachel helping you have a speedy check in. Or Pabla cleaning the rooms. They all have a smile on their face and are ready to make sure your stay is the best they can provide. They make my job an easy one, thanks to all my great team members.
