Check-in was delayed by one hour; no complimentary breakfast - however, diner on property is excellent, and with a room key you are given 10% discount; parking is tight and lot is not well lit. Room was clean, recently remodeled. Staff was polite and professional.

We will never stay at this hotel again!! Our room smelled like urine...needless to say we stayed one of our four nights stay and went to a better hotel. It’s runned down, trashy hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was dirty and had clearly been poorly repaired. Front desk staff were inconsiderate and unapologetic. Not worth the price to stay here - this is a hotel that should rent for 40/night, but they overcharge because of their location.

Stayed at this hotel for one night thank goodness! Not clean, small and lots of dampness in room. Everything was wet including the toilet!!! The condensation in this room was terrible and I know that if there is dampness there will be MOLD! No continental breakfast! Will not stay here again!

The pool was refreshing and not too small. The room was clean and comfortable, with microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable with very soft pillows. This place fit the bill perfectly for what we wanted: a night close to the city that didn't stretch the budget. it was too far to walk all the way to the riverfront, but we parked at the Hunter museum for no cost and were able to walk on the footbridge at night and go some other places.
