“unique aspect”
Reviewed April 18, 2013

It puts perspective on the terrain in and around Chattanooga, and the mighty Tennessee River. It has been years since I've been on it, when I took my out of town and elderly father, he said it sent him back into time when he was a kid getting into the coal mine train. Don't know why as it doesn't go underground anywhere, I guess just the way you sit at an angle.

“We Loved It!”
Reviewed April 16, 2013

My entire family loved it! If we return, this attraction will be a repeat! Once at the top, the scenery is amazing! A short walk to the park delivers excellent photo ops, nice shops, and history.

“Rip off”
Reviewed April 13, 2013 via mobile

Very Long wait on the top and bottom and not much to see. Need more attractions at the train depot. Please note, You cannot go up and back on same train. You have to get off train and wait in line to get back on train. Not worth the price and time. So many great attractions in the area, but this is not one of them. Very disappointed and could have spent more time at Rock City or Ruby Falls ... Which are terrific and a must see.

“A One Time Fun Thing”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

This is one of those attractions that is worth doing once for the experience of it. The views from the Incline are really cool to see. It's not something I'd do repeatedly, but was fun for a one time "try it and see" adventure.

“very cool”

The hill was pretty steep. My kids enjoyed traveling up the steep hill on the "train" Once you get to the top, there is a gift shop and a beautiful view of the town.
