“A bit run down, but clean.”
Reviewed May 9, 2011

I stayed in the Ramada LTD in a second floor room, with my husband & 2 kids (ages 7 &4). We were driving down to Disney from Michigan and this was the first stop on our trip. I had gotten a really good deal on the room and found it to be inline with what I paid. If I had paid more I would've been disappointed. There was and indoor pool which was a nice size for my family. Breakfast had your basic carb-based staples, but also eggs & sausage, which was a nice option. The room was a little run down, but had a nice fridge, eating area & microwave. The beds were pretty normal. The bathroom was tiny. The room was overall clean, and out stay was quite. We went to Ruby Falls (AWESOME!) and the hotel was a 5 -10 minute drive. This is a very satisfactory hotel if you are staying a night or two and get a good deal. Front desk wasn't outstanding, but we also didn't have any issues.

Centrally located in the heart of it all... Kind, thoughtful and helpful am and pm staff. Amish is a rockstar addressing all of our questions. Kelly, also terrific, friendly and knowledgeable.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, pool was wonderful and breakfast was nice. Most important though was how kind the front desk staff was to help us with whatever needs we had. Very friendly and professional. Will definately stay here again when traveling through this area.

dirty, bathrooms need repairs, non-smoking room smelled like someone had just finished smoking, and we were only in the room 5 minutes before deciding to stay somewhere else, and when we told the guy at the front desk "Amish Patel" that the room was unsatisfactory he cussed my wife out and said he would charge us anyway, a royal a-hole. Anyways, we stayed at the baymont two minutes from there and it was great! just don't stay here.

I wasnt in the room 5 mins then I left. Dried blood on the shower curtain and bed bugs in the bed. Nasty! very dirty hotel.
The way you test for bed bugs is grab a damp cloth and wipe the headboard down and by the matress. If there is red or yellow on the cloth you have bed bugs or traces of bed bugs. This cloth came back yellow and red. GROSS!!!!. They kept $50.00 of our money too and like I said we wern't in the room 5 min then left.. DISGUSTING!!! Im thinking on writing to the health board on this place.

Ok so I thought the Ramada was an ok place to stay. I WAS WRONG!!!! Please, save yourself a night of itching and scratching and stay at another hotel. This place is a dump! The pool has not been clean in like 10 years, the bed was horrible and I think had bed bugs, and the breakfast area was so small we couldn't even sit. Oh and the smell was like an air freshener on steroids, I couldn't get the smell out of my nose. The only good thing about this area is the little diner that we came across by accident right down the street called Hill Billy Willy's. It was wonderful BBQ, just ask the locals.
