Kids, dad, and papaw had a great time looking at all there is to see here. May take a couple of rounds to take it all in. We will come back next time we are in town. Good job.

Very interesting museum, wasn't expensive so we went to check it out. We all enjoyed the short movie presentation, then to get to see all the different tow trucks and took pictures in front of them. Great bit of history. Don't expect disney world, but it was interesting and fun!

For those interested in automotive things, this is a unique stop. We took my father there and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The trucks are unique and in excellent condition and there's lots to see. They even have a kid size tow truck to play on.

We went here when it was pouring down rain. There wasn't many people out and about and so we didn't want to stay at our hotel and so we found The International Towing and Recovery Museum! We stayed there for about 1.5-2 hours. It is small, but they have a lot of stuff to look and read about. It was a great little find to spend a rainy afternoon.

First of all VERY reasonably priced @ $7. Figured it would take 10 minutes because the building was small. We were there 2 hrs! As a woman I simply went for my husband's sake. Man, was I pleasantly surprised. I do love history and they got it (of the evolution of wreckers, recovery trucks etc...) Pulling someone out of a ditch is so much more than "Bubba" in a rusty old wrecker. There's engineering, skill, and knowledge of the terrain involved for a safe rescue. I had no idea of these things until visiting this museum. Never knew the large number of rescuers killed each year in the line of duty. They have a display outside with their names. The ONLY reason I didn't give all 5's is because there were some displays that would be only interesting to family members. I skimmed those but people would love reading about someone they knew. The two ladies that work there were precious and answered many questions about the museum and other attractions.Museum is defiantly a big hit with the guys, but don't worry girls it's better than it sounds.
