“WOW!”
Reviewed May 5, 2014

We took 113 8th graders and enjoyed it! Special care and attention was even given to one of our students who is wheelchair bound. They took him down the shaft into the cavern, he was able to get his picture taken with his group and got to watch the intro video with the kids. Once back to the top, one of the staff showed him and his mom around, took them to the view area, and shared a bit of the history of Ruby Falls with them. WOW! Talk about going out of your way to make someone feel equally important. We are already planning Chattanooga 2015. Can't wait!!

“A cave and waterfall”
Reviewed May 4, 2014 via mobile

This guided tour takes an hour and a half. Most of this time is taken to get to the falls. After leaving the falls you pretty much goes straight back. The elevator that takes you down and back up are see through and move very fast, so be aware of this. You do spend the entire time in a cave so keep that in mind as well. The waterfall is dependent on rainfall so if there has not been a lot of rain the waterfall will not have much water running down. I found it interesting but it is definitely not for everyone.

“Cute Little Roadside Attraction”
Reviewed May 4, 2014 via mobile

This was an enjoyable stop to get out and stretch your legs. You take an elevator down into a tunnel/cave and walk 2/5 of a mile to see an underground waterfall. It is an easy walk and we had a nice guide. Worth stopping and seeing.

“Ruby Falls is Worth Visiting”
Reviewed May 2, 2014

Ruby Falls is definitely worth visiting but make sure you go off season due to the lines. We had been before in June and found ourselves in long lines which did not allow very good picture taking opportunities especially at the underground falls (very beautful when water is flowing with the light show). When there are crowds you do not have a chance at a good picture. This April we got some great pictures of the falls as well as the cave formations because there were very few people. Stay time: depends all on the season and the crowds.

Wonderful attraction. A place like no other. tour last about an hour, tour guides are funny and knowledgeable. If you are claustrophobic, probably not the place for you.
