We bought tickets online, printed them out, arrived at 9:45 a.m. and walked right through the lobby to the elevator. On our way out we noticed that the line to the elevator had filled the lobby and was out the door into the parking lot, so arrive early to skip the wait. The hike through the cave was fun; the guide kept cracking everyone up. There are low ceilings and steep, narrow, slippery parts. It's in the mid-50's down there year-round, so my wife was glad she brought a hoodie. The waterfall is amazing; that it was discovered at all is amazing as well.
