Three friends and I had a wonderful meal that capped off a gorgeous week hiking the Appalachian Trail. We were dressed very casually but our server David didn't bat an eye. Even more, he took in stride that one of us is vegan, one is gluten free, and one is gluten and dairy free. The menu didn't seem to accommodate veganism so well, but David said they would definitely be able to produce something. Within minutes Jason, owner and chef, pulled up a chair and we all had a lively and enjoyable conversation as he brainstormed a most delicious meal for her. Everyone's needs were so kindly and cheerfully considered, and the food was first rate. The attention to detail and skillful execution of each thing we ate made this one of the best dining experiences I've had in a very long time. We were wowed. Many thanks to David and Jason!
