Came here for the grandson. If I'm going to wait that long for service, I rather have it be at a restaurant waiting for a steak and not a burger and cold fries. I worked in customer service for years and we would never have our customers wait that long to check out and I have dealt with longer lines than Sonic. The problem is that you have one person taking the orders, ringing them out and getting their food. This is what the problem is. You sit and wait another minute or two while she is taking another order instead of finishing you out at the window. There should be two people running that drive thru window. One person does nothing but take the orders and rings the customers out and the other person should be responsible for giving out the food. Definitely poorly designed system that results in backups and delays. Got a burger, fries and a shake. As to the quality of the food, it wasn't for me, kid liked it. But like I said "It's just a burger joint."
