We are in Bristol for the NASCAR race and never expected to stumble on such a fine dining establishment ! Located in a beautiful refurbished old home in a quiet neighborhood we had the pleasure of dining on the porch. Lovely white rattan high backed chairs was the beginning of an awesome meal. A great wine list with the nightly special cocktails started us off, the waitstaff was impeccable. She explained that most of the vegetables were grown on site and recommended the Trout entree. We enjoyed a great filet and the veal. The chef sent out a complimentary appetizer and sorbet was offered before my fabulous Ceasar salad. I had no idea what Bristol had to offer during Race week. The chef has won James Beard award. We didn't do a dessert as it was lacking a little imagination. This was a great dining experience, don't miss this opportunity!
