Hotel is in excellent condition typical and what is expected from Hilton in the hospitality industry. Staff attitude and appearance is not good suggesting re-training in this industry sector. They dress up as any John Doe. A casual shirt with company logo with name tag would make a hell of a difference.

I was traveling recently with my brother and sister in law who are Best Western believers 100%. They were so impressed by the cleanliness and friendly service we received at the Hampton, Marshall, MI. Check in took minutes and our room was immaculate. With both of them having had joint replacements, the bathroom was especially comfortable. The Continental Breakfast was appealing to a Weight Watcher patron. I was proud to have selected lodging perfect for all of us.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful. Need a list of outside services located nearby. Very clean and the location wasn't bad if you're staying for the speed way around the corner. Internet access is vey good and fast.

A good place with home accommodation, friendly staff and good variety of breakfast food plus a bag in case you do not have time to have breakfast at the hotel. The staff makes you feel important and treats you with kindness beyond service.

We were traveling, got tired and decided to stop for the night. We were happy to see the Hampton Inn since they are consistently good quality, clean and safe. This one didn't disappoint. We asked for foam pillows (allergic to feathers) and the night manager searched hard and found one for us. It was late and housekeeping was gone. We normally let Hampton know ahead of time, and they will have them. They offer a free breakfast which is nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: Ask for one away from the highway if you're bothered by noise. We always try to avoid the first floor for safety.
