“Largest souvenir store in the world”

They do have the free ice water and the five cent coffee, and about a gajillion other things for sale here. There is enough to keep the family busy here for a couple of hours. Try the pecan roll at the bakery, they are huge and yummy too. Definitely worth the stop here in the middle of nowhere.

“Really Cool stop over”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2014

After touring the Badlands from east to west, Wall Drugs was a great place to cool down. Look for gifts and of coarse drink a lot of ice water. We spend the night so we could go back later after the crowds had left. Only thing the crowds don't leave till they close. Great sticky buns and they really go well with the 5 cent coffee. A fun town to visit, nice folks every where you go. Lot of shopping all over. Check out the hotel at the end of the street. It will be in another review.

“Not really worth the stop”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2014 via mobile

This was a very crowded tourist trap. The food was expensive and not the best. I have to say that I'm glad we stopped just to say we did but other than that, I see no reason to do it twice.

We are genuinely disappointed to hear that Wall Drug didn’t provide you with an enjoyable experience. We strive to make each plate of our famous, homemade food consistently delicious, and are sorry that this was not the case with yours. We do get about 20,000 tourists coming through a day in the summer, so things can get a bit crowded on our busiest days. Thank you so much for stopping and for taking the time to review our establishment.

“I don't get it!”

This has to be the biggest tourist trap I have ever seen. The building is one building connecting to yet another building all filled with junk. I would not recommend going out of your way to see it.

First of all, thank you for stopping at Wall Drug! We do get around 20,000 tourists a day in the summer, so it is true that we are a huge tourist stop. Wall Drug is filled with a variety of unique stores, not just stores filled with junk. We have specific stores for books, jewelry, Western wear, boots, homemade fudge and candy, toys, pottery, posters, and much more. Our unique history is part of what makes Wall Drug such an interesting stop for so many, as Wall Drug is one of the largest marketing successes in America. Once again, thanks for stopping by. We appreciate you taking the time to review our establishment.

“Wall Drug IS the town of Wall, SD”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2014

The place is huge. Lost both my wife and brother while I was in there. The place probably has 30 employees working at any one time. There are sections of the store for everything. It includes a very nice restaurant with 5 cent coffee, which was much needed by the time we found the place. My wife found some nice trinkets for people at home, so it was a great place to stop.
