This Rally in South Dakota really is a must see for all Motorcycle enthusiasts, maybe a once in a lifetime trip but cannot be missed, the atmosphere, bikes, music, Mount Rushmore, spectacular riding country and pretty girls, I just wished I lived there !!!

“A great motorcycle musuem - and it's in STURGIS”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 26, 2013

This is a great collection of vintage Bikes. The collection includes many Harley and Indians from yesteryear including a Harley with over a million miles on it (and it looks it). There are also many examples of British, German and a few Italian Bikes. The collection is not as extensive as some others I have reviewed but there is plenty to see at Sturgis and quality is great.

“STURGIS ON THE BIKE”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 13, 2013

We had an awesome experience in Sturgis for rally week. We have never seen so many motorcycles at once. Everyone was friendly and it was truly a fascinating place. The number of different kinds of motorcycles plus the custom ones was phenomenal.
Lots of sight seeing, shopping and a little food was the order of the day.

“Good location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 28, 2013

Right downtown in Sturgis, easy to find. Many old cycles. But geared more to the non-Japanese cycles. But, I guess there were not many Japanese bikes in the early days of Sturgis. Staff was friendly and helpful. The signs were very helpful and allowed you to spend as much time reading as you would like.

“This is a phenomenal museum!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2013

I loved this museum. There was soooo much to see. There were a lot of bikes on display right back to the early 1900s. There were a lot of pictures, posters, stories, etc. about so many aspects of the motorcycle history. They even had a section to congratulate female bikers and a tribute to a young female biker who lost her life at the age of 20. $10/person was worth it to see all that you see. The attached gift shop was small, but had some neat souveniers.
