Loved that this was pet friendly. Very historic, beautifully kept hatchery. The grounds are pretty and there are nature trails.

This is a great place to take the family. You can feed the fish and ducks, plus tour around the hatchery (fish train car, little museum, etc.). We were so glad we stopped.

Not just fish to view. Historic buildings and a hike above the surroundings make this fabulous. Still has plenty of fish which one can feed pellets.

This is a historic fish hatchery that is still in operation today. There is a museum, as well as the historic house where the families lived. There is a great replica of an old train car from back when the fish were shipped to the lakes by train. The grounds are beautiful and there are a few short trails through the woods around the hatchery. there are several ponds filled with trout, and you can buy fish food and feed them. Great place to spend an afternoon.

We had tons of fun, and learned a lot! Feeding the fish was really cool, watching them fight for the food, can't wait to go again! Best part its free!!! except to get fish food, but i think it was worth it!
