It is always nice to find a restaurant that offers a different approach to dining out. Parker's provides an intimate setting with a menu unlike other dining experiences. If you like food that is high quality and something you will not find everywhere else, go here. The service is friendly and high class. It is fun to find places that have personality and offer a different ambience while dining. Go here if you want a unique dining experience and don't mind paying for it.

Even though it was a lunchtime experience, you can really tell this is a great place to enjoy a meal. A first for me was trying a crab BLT, which was absolutely delicious with a cup of soup. Topped off the meal with a Mexican Mocha and a chocolate frite aka my personal sugar nirvana. The service was excellent and for lunch it is one of the best deals in America.

Finding local eateries is always a pleasure, but this one has a vibe to it that starts with the open kitchen and continues all the way back to the smaller bricked-in space for more intimate dining. The setting feels like the kind of space where you'll feel better smartly dressed - but not overdressed. That is to say that it is casually elegant and "nicely noisy" - where live jazz could break out, or friends could laugh with gusto over the din of cook pans. You can sit up to the bar to eat, which feels like a live food channel show - or grab a table for two up by the window. The menu is not lengthy, but it's not spare either. We ordered all courses and all were enjoyable but two are worth mentioning: the scallops with goat cheese on cucumbers are worth a return trip, and the pavlova dessert would have to be part of the bargain. Delicious and walkable to anywhere downtown.

I was there for lunch. These guys know how to serve their guests! Server was wonderful, well-informed, and just a friendly soul. The bldg is full of history and personality, you get to walk past the kitchen as you're seated, and can feel the staff's love for food . I so recommend this place but its too $ for me for supper. Will definitely go back for lunch! They've got a newer, less traditional menu than Minerva's, which has to be the mainstay in downtown. LOVE the change!

I have been to Parker's maybe only 5 times since it has opened and each time to food gets better and better.
This quite bistro is located in the downtown area of Sioux Falls , SD in one of the brick buildings on Main Street. The owners kept the brick exposed on the inside part of the Bistro . This and the fancy bar really adds character to the place.
The staff is friendly and it is always service with a smile starting with the hostess who also happens to be the owner. I believe he nmed the Bistro Parker's in honor f her father.
The appetizers and sandwiches in thir lunch menu is superb especially the Steak and Mushroom sandwich with it soft a butter steak in between two slices of bread with mushroom and the whole thing grilled or resisted to perfection!
The dinner menu is exciting as well.
Last summer they even had foie gras !
I can't wait to see this year's spring menu!
