A great B&B located in a historic neighborhood within easy walking distance of the business center of downtown Sioux Falls and about a five minute drive from Falls Park. Plenty of street parking is available out front. The street is quiet and not crowded. Situated in a beautiful, large Victorian house with lots of room and beautifully preserved interior. The common areas inside are beautifully decorated and spacious. There is a nice wraparound front/side porch and a beautiful outside sitting area in the garden. Our room was clean and nice, but not as well maintained as the common spaces. The queen bed was comfortable with a nice firm mattress. Rooms have shower or bath in suite. Satellite TV in each room. Free Wi-Fi. The full breakfast cooked by owner Nicole was to die for. Nicole is delightful. If you want a reasonably priced, good alternative to the humdrum of a traditional hotel, this is a great place to consider.

Room Tip: Website has good descriptions and photos of each unique room.

Beautiful Queen Anne style house on historic Duluth street. Three bedrooms and a luxurious parlor make this a comfortable and restful place to stay. This period house is often contacted for weddings, photography shoots and filming. Great place to stay in Sioux Falls and just minutes from downtown shops and restaurants.

Exceptionally clean neat and tidy. Room was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Tasty and well balanced. Nicole was was very accomodating to my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: My room faced the street. It was still quiet.

From the time we made reservations through the last minutes of our stay, the service was a five star experience. The rooms are well appointed, furnished in period pieces. We stayed two nights and breakfast both mornings were more then amble as well as delicious. Besides the above The Victorian House is well located in a historical section of Sioux City, that affords easy access to all of the main attractions.

This was a highlight of our sturgis trip. We liked it sooooooooo much that on our way back we stayed again. Nicole was fantastic and she makes an awesome breakfast. The best part for us is that she made me feel like family!
