We could not have picked a better B & B for the second half of our Black Hills vacation. Shari & Lee are wonderful hosts. Shari's delicious, made to order breakfasts, were a great start to the day. Lee runs a grill & bar next door, called Shipwrecked Lee's. Stop in on Thursday for his BBQ ribs. Contact Shari, if you will be in the Rapid City/ Black Hills area.

The owners were a delight. Creating a friendly atmosphere while allowing the guest to relax and take in the scenery. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent for seeing all that the area has to offer. This experience has helped to debunk several hesitations held about bed and breakfasts and should be experienced by all.

This bed and breakfast has 2 very large rooms with a private entrance
in the innkeeper's home and several other rooms and a common room in a separate building. Breakfast is served on the porch of the home or in the restaurant a few steps away if it is too hot or rainy. The little restaurant is owned by Sheri and Lee the innkeepers. It is open to the public for lunch and dinner. Great burgers and decent prices. Our room and bathroom were large and very clean. Sheri offered several breakfast choices and always could do eggs with bacon
or sausage. It was nice to be a little outside of the city. The Inn was a good base to explore the Black Hills. We even got a discount because we stayed 4 nights. Wish there was coffee in the room without going to the common room to pick up the carafe, filter and coffee. Can't remember the name of the Italian restaurant on Main Street in downtown Rapid City but the food was excellent and prices good.

We stayed in the Wild Rose room. The WR was large, so beautifully furnished, nice view, very calming. We were only 10 minutes from town yet in the country right at the Black Hills. Shari (innkeeper) was very helpful with ideas of where to go. We really enjoyed chatting with her. She was very flexible on breakfast time and she offered several delicious choices. Common area had alot of interesting things to look at (brochures of the area, books, games).
