Undercooked food!!!! Usually me my girlfriend and daughter usually order from imperial (which is great!) but tonight we decided to try another Chinese restaurant. For one it took 45 minutes to even get our food which we live literally 5 minutes away from this place. When the delivery guy showed up he was on the phone and I had to wait till he was done with his sentence for him to acknowledge me. I gave him a $50 bill and he didn't have change so I was forced to tip him. The whole time he was on the phone and when I asked him if he had change he told his buddy to hold on while he answered my question. So the food has arrived and me and my family are ready to eat! So the first thing we open is the chicken fried rice. The meat is literally pink!!! I was about to feed this to my daughter!!! So I called to speak to a manager about the bad experience I had received and the worker named "Lesley" refused to tell me when the manager would be there and hung up on me!!! Worst food experience ever!! I made this account just for the sole purpose of sharing this story about this crappy restaurant. Also "mr. Chu" the manager defended his employees and gave me a run around.
