Cave tour takes you 300 feet underground. The dog tooth formations are like being in the mouth of a shark. I've been in many caves, this one is very unique an the history very interesting. Great value for the price. The road to get to the entrance is long, keep going, you'll find it. Oh, be sure to take a jacket in the cave if you get cold easy. Lots of fun!

The Tourist information maps make this place seem closer to reptile gardens than it is in real life. Keep going up the hill and you will see it on your left. The road into the valley to the site is paved and well worth the drive down.

I read about other caves in the region that were bigger but I heard that this one had true Crystals vs. muddy walls etc...

The Value for the tour is well worth it and the tour guide was great (cannot remember his name started with the letter T)

I will definitely be back to this attraction with other family members that could not make this trip.

The Cave was neat to see, the tour was approximately an hour. There's lots of narrow, steep steps! It was strenuous! It would be hard for an older or not fit person to go up & down! My husband had to carry our 3 year old and I was quite worried he'd slip because of how steep & small the steps are. I'm glad we did it just for the experience. The guide was pleasant and informative

This cavern has basically all the same formations inside. Can't remember what they are called. It is well lit and cold like they say.... but they don't tell you, you need gloves for the railings on the boat-like steps. There are a lot of very steep steps. If you have vertigo, or fear of heights, I don't recommend this cave. And it's hard to navigate with small children. It's kinda boring once you've seen Wind Cave and Carlsbad Caverns. Some caves in this area, use colored lights to highlight and add interest to the formations, there are only white lights used here. The guide was nice, cute and young. There is a free small cave you can go into before you start the official tour. And if you decide to pass on the tour, they will give you a refund, and are very clear about when you can change your mind. We didn't take the nature hike, it had been raining.

We had a great tour of this cave with its beautiful crystal formations, unique in the world. It was cold - bring your sweatshirt!
