“Chuck Wagon Food Disappointing”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

Having been to Chuck Wagon dinners before, this one really missed the mark. The food was poor to say the best. However, the western and cowboy music was very good. If you are going for the food, I don't recommend it.

“A little long but fun”
Reviewed June 18, 2013

The music show is a little long but the show is fun for the whole family. We had ages from 9-71 and everyone enjoyed it.

“Not worth the money this is high advertising for nothing”
Reviewed June 15, 2013

This is a highly over priced event. Nothing to do for the kids and what is advertised u pay more for $4.00 to ride a horse for less than 5 minutes, gun shooting for $5.00 we waited aroundfor over an hour for dinner there is no trail rides in a wagon the meal is ok and In a pole shed. If your looking for a real chuckwagon experience this is not it. The hosts and staff are very friendly but it felt like a overpriced meal in a pole shed with no true chuckwagon experience. We did not get the money worth for this. Very disappointing

“Okay Chuckwagon Supper”
Reviewed June 6, 2013

We were a little disappointed in the Chuckwagon Supper. The meal was "just okay." Entertainment was very good. Did think everything was a little overpriced and just didn't feel authentic.

“Horrible representation of a chuckwagon dinner and show.”
Reviewed May 25, 2013 via mobile

Having been frequent fans of the Flying W and the Bar-d, my wife and I assumed that the food, attractions, and entertainment would be somewhere in the same ballpark as the others we frequented and enjoyed. This was nowhere close. First of all, we based our expectations on their website. There were pictures of old western buildings, streets, and other attractions that led us to believe that we would actually have something to walk through and enjoy while we waited for supper. Instead, come to find out they'd moved a few years back but didn't bother to update their pictures, and with good reason. Now you're greeted with a large grassy front yard that's surrounded by buildings that aren't anything special. The acclaimed "gunfight" is a 2 minute run around the building, the pony rides are another $4, 2 minute jaunt down the front fence and back, the food is tasteless, with cramped seating in what can only be described as a souped up gymnasium, and the singing is mediocre at best. No fiddle, no stand up base, and horrible acoustics don't help any of the afore mentioned attempts at music. Attempts at humor are delivered, well, without any, and before you know it a third of the room has disappeared and the parking lot is beginning to empty. Save your money and ride the train or eat at Janes boardwalk pizza in Keystone, or take in a gunfight at the saloon down the street. The price for this experience is outrageous in comparison to other top-notch chuckwagons. Would never recommend it.
