Went out for dinner last friday and had a 20oz Ribeye while my wife had the 1/3lb cheese burger and it was delicious. Service was great and prompt while waiting time for the food was respectable. The food was well priced compared to restaurants located in town making the drive down 385 even more worth it. We will be coming back again this weekend for another great dining experience. Thankyou for making us feel as comfortable as we would in our own home.

Couple miles out of town, but totally worth the drive. Great scenery, patio seating looks kewl to sit at if it wasn't covered in 4 feet of snow, gotta be a summer thing lol. All in all a very kewl place.

Stopped here for lunch on Sunday over Labor Day weekend and received very poor service and food. Waiter asked for drink order and then didn't bring the order. He came back a second time to ask for the drink order as he said he forgot what we wanted and then still didn't bring the drinks. We finally had to ask for our drinks when he brought the food. It was a very hot day and we were quite thirsty by this time and there was only a few people in the restaurant, not busy at all. While we were waiting for our food, something in the kitchen was definitely burning and the scent burnt our eyes and noses. Thought about leaving but decided to try and deal with it. When my salad was delivered, it was thoroughly wilted and carrots were dryed out. The cucumber slices looked like they had been frozen and thawed (not good) and then there was the 2 inch dark piece of hair on the cucumber. (We don't have dark hair). We saw our food sitting on the warming counter for at least 10 minutes while we watched the waiter walk back and forth right in front of it while he messed with mustard and ketchup bottles and other unimportant items. The sandwiches were good but the fries were almost burnt. Then when we wanted to pay the bill, we stood up at the counter for 15 minutes with our waiter nowhere to be seen and the cook walking back and forth looking at us but not offering any assistance either. If you want service and good food, try somewhere else, as we will not be patronizing this place again.

Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and the price was out of this world. Good food, great service, excellent cook. We just happened on this gem. Had pancake, eggs and bacon for 4.99. Can't beat it. The decor of the place is awesome. This is one of those great surprises, after dining at some other places around Deadwood. Try it, you'll love it.
