I drink a lot of tea, so it was very interesting to me to see a tea plantation. We did not spend a ton of time here (less than an hour), but it was still great to see the tea growing and learn about the harvesting process. The visit is free. There is a fee if you want to take the trolley tour around the grounds.

I thought it would be great if we could actually have tea in a more stylish way. They do have free tea to drink, but they are not allowed to serve it at tables. The film is informative. I did not take the tram.

Growing up in SC you were always given sweet tea when you ordered tea when you went out to eat. That, sadly, has changed. However, this is truly the best tea out there, sweetened or not! The plantation is fun for the whole family as it shows cultivation to sales.

Very Informative! We liked the samples and the trolley ride. This was a great thing to do on a rainy day.
