The room was not clean when we arrived. Hair all over floor, sheets, couch. Food crumbs all over the kitchen. Ring in both tubs. Service was slow to respond. Simple things like getting more tissue was even challenging.

Country Club Villas is a small resort with probably the largest indoor/outdoor pool that I have seen, which may explain why there usually is no one around the pool for most of the time that we use it.
This may also explain why it is very easy to sleep late because we never hear anything until we are already awake, if then. There is very much space inside and outside: plenty of grassy areas all around and you can park very near your condo. Inside, the rooms are larger than any other 2 BR (and 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath downstairs) condo that I have ever used. This resort is well designed (beautiful) and near many conveniences but it is probably about one mile from the ocean but we love the tranquility: we can go to the beach any time we want without the noise and loud noises when we want peace and quiet (or to sleep).

Room Tip: These are condos, not only hotel rooms, but I think it is better to obtain a upstairs condo so...

We have been taking our family vacation at this place for several years and have enjoyed it greatly. The staff is helpful and pool was clean. Rooms are good. The only suggestion I have is to improve the living room furniture.
Room tip: Add a recliner in the living room.

Great area, rooms spacious, quiet, walls are thin though. Great service, easy check in and out. Pool area kids loved with activity and exercise room. Beach access 5 mins by car, lots of restaurants and grocery close by.

The bottom floor can be a bit noisy if you have a lot of kids above you and the bed is one of the rooms was extra firm but great location, great staff, grandkids loved the indoor pool. This has become one of our favorite places to stay in Surfside.

Great villa. We loved location and size of villa. We were there on a golf trip it was a great location in relation to all the golf courses that we played. The size of the Villa was great as well for two people
