Recommended length of visit: 2-3 hours
Owner description: Hollywild Animal Park provides home and care to nearly 500 nonreleasable animals native to five world continents. We invite the pubic into this process as a nonprofit organization relying upon visitor admissions to meet our mission of care for these amazing animals. Some in our history were even in feature films and national advertising campaigns, so the 'star' signs are a fun addition to enjoying the almost 100-acre park. Admission includes access to the self-guided walking park, scheduled Creature Feature programs in our Amphitheater, and the guided Safari Bus Tour. Come, bring a picnic, walk our natural pathways and meet our amazing animals. Lions, Tigers, and Bears, of course, but so much more. Park Season runs March - October. Daily open hours April - Labor Day. Park season admission is $12 adults, $10 students/military w/ID, $8 children ages 2-14, and infants under 2 are admitted free. The Holiday Lights Safari event runs nightly beginning at 6 PM from mid-Nov. through the first weekend of the New Year with admission of $6 per person.

Take a walk on the wild side. View bear, cougar, panther just to name a few. Made sure you
take time for the animal show. You never know what extra surprise it might hold. Also make sure you take the Bus Ride to feed the animals up close. Bread and/or crackers sell for $2-$6. The $6 is worth it, as it will feed lot's of animals. Don't forget to buy a bottle $1 to feed kids as in goats.
Refreshments are available for the human's too. Also a store for extra surprise's if you wish.

We stopped at this zoo. It is the most amazing place to visit. While in their open bus on a "safari", we stopped & a Watusi gave birth right before our eyes! You can tell how content the animals are & how much the staff love working here. A great experience for children & adults.

Well, you will definitely find it interesting. A wide range of animals, most with interesting histories. The highlight is riding among the animals and feeding them from an open bus. You gotta try it if you are in the area with small children.

The place is too small and doesn't have enough funding. The poor animals are pitiful-looking. Makes me want to cry. The handlers are nice enough and are good with the animals, and if they had more moeny this could be a nicer zoo.

This is the 2nd year we gone to Hollywild Park over the Christmas Holiday. It was so much fun each time we went. Love the animals eating out of your hand, and the giant cows....WOW. I have a feeling this will become a holiday tradition for this family.
