The Blue Bay restaurant is huge, lucky we ate Sunday lunch late after most of the crowd was gone. The wait staff liked to chat with their regulars. Since it was our first time, they were not chatting with us but it was interesting to eavesdrop on others. So the place was friendly. My meal was broiled scallops which were cooked perfectly. But the unfortunate thing was they were not cleaned as well so there was grit and sand. Too bad and since there are many restaurants in Spartanburg I don't see a need to return.
