I went to Cribbs for the 1st time with my sister and, being a lover of ethnic foods and foods with unusual ingredients, the Vietnamese burger caught my eye. I'll tell you what, it is AMAZING!! It's called 50/50 b/c they grind 50% bacon & 50% beef together to make the burger meat. The pickled vegetables pair perfectly with the sauce & meat is cooked perfectly; it has fresh jalepanos for extra kick (you can pick a few off if a little too intense), and is served on a toasted sub roll. Their keeping it true to the ethnic inspiration is spot on (I've had a similar sandwich from an Asian store, and the roll, jalepanos, and pickled veg is how they did it). I also ordered their cous cous for a side and it was very good as well. I've been there twice and ordered the same thing both times, so can't tell you how anything else is--I'm hooked on this sandwich!! The atmosphere is very stream-lined and clean without a bunch of clutter. The prices are a little high, but the food is original & not just your run-of-the-mill place. Definitely would recommend for a nice lunch out. I was also told that if you're affiliated with a school (as a student or teacher) that their burgers are 50% off on Saturdays (you may want to call to make sure that is right b/c I haven't personally taken them up on this offer). They also have outdoor seating for nice days out.
