We were able to get babysitters for our kids one weekend but only for one night - Jeff and Julie were kind enough to take us even though I'm sure it's extra work to handle people who don't stay a full weekend. They were both super nice and helpful with area information and just in general. You just get the feeling upon arrival that you will be taken care of the whole time, and then of course, you are!
Love the personality of the farm house. We stayed in the Morning Glory room, spacious for the two of us and lots of nice touches in the room. Great porch for sitting and listening to nature in the morning before/after breakfast or winding down in the evening.
Breakfast was super, and as calorie watchers we appreciated Julie's work at making a delicious breakfast that didn't "load you up" too much. And the convenience of having coffee whenever we wanted from the Keurig machine was a nice amenity.
We are fairly "experienced" B&B'ers and Sunrise Farm is among our top choices. We will be back when we can line up sitters again!
