Our grill room was packed so we went for pizza. Our waiter talked us into pork wings and clams/mussels for appetizers. Pork wings are individual ribs, deep fried and served with a sweet chili sauce. Could separate meat from bone with a fork. Four provided. Delicious spin on ribs.
The clams/mussels were a real winner. The broth was garlic and white wine with low country ham. I ended up scooping the sauce with one of the empty clam shells.
The pizza was excellent, but not quite up to the New Haven Pepi standard, but hardly a criticism. Am from NY orginally.
And to top it off, 3 freshly filled cannoli (nothing worse than a soggy cannoli shell) and decaf expresso.
The whole check with drinks; $58 plus tip.
