Reviewers were correct when they said Delicacy had excellent Chinese food! We knew we had made a good decision to try it when a group of 6 native Chinese college students came through the door as they wouldn't go just anywhere for a homecooked meal! :)
The food was outstanding and the service excellent (even though they were down 2 servers)--the 2 women servers hustled and gave fantastic & friendly service! We were impressed by the these servers who worked that packed Saturday night dining room--especially since there were 2 large parties, one with 12 people and another with 8. No table was left unserviced; it was SO refreshing in this age of lazy, lackadaisical servers! Also, even though it was extremely busy, the servers never made anyone feel rushed.
We had the Spring Rolls, which were nice & crisp yet not oily; the Ha Gao (steamed dumplings) which were done to perfection; Kung Po Chicken (tender chicken pieces in a tasty brown sauce and chockful of vegetables); and General Tso's Chicken which was outstanding--spicy yet sweet and flavorful, and, again, full of delicious, cooked to perfection vegetables. We loved every morsel and will definitely go back!
