Thank you for your response in regards to your recent stay with us. We are working hard everyday to provide the best home away from home service in a clean relaxing environment. We did find and replace a wireless access antenna in the building that was causing some rooms to have poor signal. I stayed in the hotel for a business trip. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast. Room service is always very polite and honest. I never missed any stuff even if there are no safes in the rooms. The surrounding area of the hotel is clean. There are many possibilities to buy food in the evening (fast food chains). At the weekend it is sometimes loud outside because there is a sports bar ("Fast Lane") in the soutern area of the hotel. Rooms seem to be clean too.
Unfortunately I've found the first roach in my bathroom on the 5th floor. I complained about this at the front desk stuff and I agreed to move to another room on the 6th floor.
Just a few days later I've found the second roach running over my bed table on a sundays morning while I was calling my family. I killed it with my flip-flops, put it in a paper bag and brought it to the front desk again. They told me that this is due to the wheather.
Ok, it is warm outside but the rooms were in the 5th and 6th floor. Furthermore this is a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel!
Few days later I've found the third american cockroach in room running at the wall. Fortunately I killed it again. Now I was really getting annoyed. Again I walked to the front desk stuff with the dead roach. The guy apologized and told me that he decreased the room rate for the remaining nights by 10 bucks.
When I checked out I was really surprised that this price reduction was not included on my bill. The guy - the same guy who received the third roach - explained, that he didn't talk to the general manager about this issue. What?? He already told me that he reduced the room rate! This is not honestly and this is poor service!
My suggestion: There are other good hotels in this area! Unfortunatey I booked the hotel for my whole period of stay. I will never go back to this hotel and this is what I also told to my employer!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The rooms and linens were clean and fresh beds very comfortable, The staff is wonderful and most helpful. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Absolutely recommend this for a comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms. Great lobby Restaurant area very nice. Breakfast is very good but a bit over priced. Needs options for continental breakfast. Not everyone wants to eat a full breakfast every morning.Had trouble regulating a/c but that just may be my own issues with liking to have a fan on all night.

This was my first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn. We went to visit family for Christmas and wanted a nice room. This was by far the most quiet hotel room I ever stayed in. The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean, and we could not have been happier. Absolutely would recommend. This hotel had tons of restaurants and shopping very close by. Even though our room was right up against the interstate, never heard the first car. Just an all around great experience!
