This hotel had a good price of $60 for a weekend night for two beds. The lobby is small; the clerk pleasant. The grounds were clean and well kept. Good location on/off interstate. The breakfast was high carb and not too appealing - we grabbed a banana and went to Cracker Barrel one exit south. The room was clean, however, there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Noise could be heard from a whining dog obviously left alone in a nearby room, as well as when cars pulled up to the curb outside the door and thoughtless people woke us up at 11:30 pm; plus, we heard some slight partying going on upstairs. We have learned to take earplugs, sleeping masks, and a floor fan everywhere we go, so we drown most things out. Not much you can do about motor lodge noises, though they usually are short-lived as soon as the occupants go to their rooms and slam the door! The bed sheets kept coming off the bed, but they were a pretty pastel color. Liked the nice sized frig and microwave. The mattress was hard. Heating unit worked fine. For the money, it is acceptable. We were there two nights and will probably stay there again, since when in town we just need a clean place to stay with no frills.
