We keep coming back to the Bridgewater at Litchfield. Oceanfront with indor and outdoor pools. We can eat in our room because of the great, well-stocked kitchen, or go out because there are so many retaurants located nearby. We love this place. Be sure and check out their specials before you book. There always seems to be a discount of some kind.

Room Tip: The two bedroom units are not all the same. Some have kings and some have 2 doubles. Be sure and ask if you need something specific. If you want a good view of the ocean, be sure and be on at least the 3rd floor.

If we had good weather it would have been a perfect long weekend. We enjoyed the facilities and liked walking around the property. Great layout and I do not think they forgot one detail. We will surely be back to visit again with friends or family.

The worst customer service ever in my three years of coming here. Their restaurant was unorganized and their food and beverage director was unprofessional. She would rather make excuses about our non service than fix it. The management staff especially Ryan at the hotel could care less we received NO maid service among other things. We spoke to them about our complete lack of SERVICE and they never did anything about it. This is the last time I will be here and am sorry to say this was once a great place but due to management they have lost the most important aspect of any business CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have no problems here you will be fine if you have a problem management will delay a resolve till your leaving if at all.

Thank you for the review. First and foremost we apologize for the issue at our restaurant that prompted you to write this review. Unfortunately as we said at the time, to properly serve a group of Twenty we did have a wait time of 45 minutes .I stayed in Close contact with your group leader throughout the week after your Sunday night issue and they assured me that all of the other guys in the group were enjoying everything and on Wednesday night for our golf Social the group enjoyed a great evening of Prime Rib and the Golf Social atmosphere. I have followed up with your group leader since your departure and I am happy to say that 18 of the group of 20 had a very positive experience and I look forward to the groups return.

Very disappointed in this resort- Our room was not as big as the average Red Roof Inn room- the walls were paper thin and we could hear the normal speaking conversation on our neighbors. The TV was small. It did have a full size coffee maker which was nice. The name of the building was Seaside but you could not see or hear the ocean and it was a good 10 minute walk to the beach (if you walk fast). And there were instructions in the room to take trash down to garage (3 floors) upon leaving!! While the check in and check out staff were nice, there is nothing to recommend this place. I am glad we got reduced rate through some internet offer, if we hadn't I would have been mad. We will not be returning,

Thank you for taking the time to share your stay details with us, we always appreciate our guests telling us how we do.
In regards to your room comment, it sounds like you might have chosen to reserve one of our cozier rooms as opposed to one of the larger ones that we do have. Our reservations department will be more than happy to list all of our room options if you would like to call us directly next time. We do have Condos up to 5 bedroom and many on the ocean options. I will follow up on the comment that we had instructions on taking the trash out because we do have a full service housekeeping department that handle that for you.
If you ever plan to be in our area again, I would love for you to contact me directly so I can show you the hospitality we are known for.

Would stay here again We had a 1 br suite in the Summerhouse. It was quite lovely. Would love to return, and plan to do so! Did not get to experience the restaurant, but will in the future. All of staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Stay here, you'll love it!
