We always like to have a great seafood dinner when we're at the ocean. Our concierge told us about Filets. The 4 of us have mixed reviews. It was much more casual that we expected yet on the water; open and airy. They had live entertainment; a one man band that was way too loud for the area so there wasn't much conversation while he was performing. He was good but, too loud.
I order the seafood platter which was broiled shrimp, oysters and flounder. The shrimp and oysters were awesome but the flounder was way over cooked. My husband got his usual salmon which he wasn't very impressed with.. Too spicy sauce. Our friends got chicken which she said was very good.. And her husband got a steak and shrimp.. Again. loved the shrimp but the steak had no flavor..
Bottom line, we probably wouldn't go there again but you just have to be specific about the food you want with the server so you know what you're getting. The menu might be a little vague.
