“Ride was nice but souvenir photos are ridiculously overpriced.”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

The ride was a little pricey but this was somewhat expected since we are near Myrtle Beach. Horse was great and scenery was beautiful. The staff was nice and very accommodating. However, the souvenir photo that they offer at the end is totally overpriced. We got a single picture that cost $27.00, this was the cheapest selection! The photo was emailed to us and was a complete pain to download or share. For $27.00 we didn't even get a print out or cardboard frame.... Nice place to go but skip the photo.

“Highly recommend!”
Reviewed August 21, 2013

If you are staying in the Myrtle Beach area and would like to do a trail ride, this is THE place to go. We did the 1 hour beach ride with our 3 teenagers. We have some experience with horses and could tell that the horses are well cared for by people who truly love what they do. Our guide was fantastic! The beach is beautiful and we really enjoyed discovering a more tranquil and peaceful side of the Myrtle Beach region. And since they offer professional photos, we have our Christmas picture with 3 smiling children!

“Loved it!”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

We had an early morning 1 1/2 hour ride around the inlet and had an absolutely blast. The price was pretty awesome but my gosh this place was hidden WAY back on a one way dirt road. However the staff was extremely nice and the horses seemed to be very well taken care of. Before we got on our horses they had some bug spray sitting out for us which was super sweet. The girl who led us around named Ashley was extremely friendly. Towards the end of our ride a woman came around and took individual/group pics of you and your party on the horses for purchase if you choose. At the end of the ride they give you a sweet icecream snack & allow you to view your photos on iPads. The packages were a little pricey..we bought (of course copyrights were released with them) 2 photos that WE had to print out ourselves after they emailed them to us for $50.00. However this ride was extremely relaxing b/c there were no steep hills where you thought you were going to lose your life. Those cute little horses even had a koozie attached to their harness for your water bottle! Ahh the little things in life. We will def. be back again next year!

“Wonderful experience”
Reviewed July 24, 2013

Our son, 21, and daughter, 14, took the two hour plantation & beach ride while my wife and I took the one hour Island horseback ride. Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly and really seemed to enjoy what they did. Two of the riders joining us were inexperienced and the staff was very patient with them; they really made you feel comfortable even if you've never ridden a horse before. Horses were well feed and taken care of. Our daughter, who has ridden horses for several years, said she really enjoyed the ride. Our son also enjoyed it too. The one hour ride was mostly in the shade which was nice since it was so hot. At the end they take pictures which is a little pricey ($25.00 per picture); if they were cheaper, we might have purchased one or two. You can take your own pictures. They do offer bug spray at the stable but we had no problems with bugs although some earlier posts wrote that they did. Either way, bring bug spray just in case. Overall, a wonderful experience especially with an offer of ice cream at the end! We're glad we did it.
