Went to EVO Pizzeria with DH for lunch today. The "Calabrese and Arugula" pizza was hands down THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. Holy tastebuds, that was good!!! Wood-fired Neopolitan style pizza, with roasted red pepper puree, spicy calabrese, roasted garlic, fresh arugula, Split Creek Farm goat milk feta, and fresh hand-pulled mozzarella. Drool. I'm ready for another round! The unsweetened iced tea with lemon was also very good. Comfortable, casual seating in an airy room with high ceilings. Efficient, nicely-paced service. We'll definitely be back!
