We have happily booked a night at the Rosemary Inn Bed & Breakfast and were looking forward for a pleasant stay at the B&B. The dinner recommendation from the B&B list was a real disappointment and the owner mentioned upon our return, that this was well know not to be the best place to go.... LOL. So why is then on your recommended dinner list? The surprise was the next morning, when the shower of the neighbor woke us up (don’t stay in the Magnolia Room) and we had an early start into the new day. So, we went down at 7.30am in expectation for a healthy fresh breakfast, but unfortunately the B&B host told us in a unfriendly manner, that breakfast is only served at 8am, apparently for everybody at the same time... There was no alternative, no flexibility and we felt like follow our rules, rather than being our guests. Never again.

Room Tip: Go only there, when you like to do be told what is right for you.

We are saddened that your stay with us was less than perfect. We strive to make sure our guests have a memorable and pleasant experience in our beautiful home, from the moment they walk through our door until their departure.

It is unfortunate that the restaurant of your choice did not meet your standards. We maintain a list of recommended restaurants that covers a variety of tastes and atmosphere, in order to accommodate the diversity of our guests.

Concerning breakfast....our policy states, on our Website as well as in our welcoming letter, that breakfast is served at 8:00 AM weekdays and at 8:30 AM on the weekends. It further states that if one requires a different dining time, to please let us know prior to the actual stay, and we will do our best to accommodate. Our policy is typical of most Bed & Breakfast establishments; that guests dine together at a stated time. "Breakfast" of course is the second "B" of the "B&B" experience, and most folks really enjoy and look forward to making new friends and sharing fellowship with other travelers.

We sincerely wish your time with us had lived up to your expectations. If you are in our area again, perhaps you will give us a chance to provide you with the great service we are known for.

We enjoyed our stay at Rosemary Inn. Beautiful historical house, nicely designed bedroom/bath, and gourmet breakfast. Btw this house is located in South Carolina, not Georgia! Hosts were extremely gracious.

Yes,sometimes people think we are in Georgia which is right across the bridge and only 5 minutes to downtown Augusta. Kelly and Diana take great pride in their lovely home. They are pleased when guest acknowledge their attention to detail to ensure they have a memorable experience. Thank you for taking the time to let others know about us.

Unfortunately we were just stopping on our way from Charleston to Atlanta before our flight home - we would have gladly spent more than one night in the Magnolia Room, which in spite of being the smallest room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Best sleep of our trip! We also had a fabulous breakfast - the croissant French toast was to die for. Kelly and Diana were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. It was just like coming home. We would definitely stay here again, in a heartbeat.

Room Tip: Not a bad room in the house.

Rosemary Inn is a beautifully restored B&B which provides its guests with service and accommodation beyond that of any other B&B, inn, hotel or guesthouse within the Greater Augusta, GA region. From our experiences of visiting estate homes and B&Bs across Europe and the US we can say that Rosemary Inn is among the best there is. We have never stayed in a place that was as beautifully presented in grandeur and charm all with the warm Southern hospitality that the region is renowned for. The Inn is perfect for an overnight's romantic stay, a weekend getaway, wedding celebrations and accommodation for the Master's Golf Tournament. If one is interested in touring beyond the Southern front porch and outside of the Inn's beautiful gardens, North Augusta's quaint shops are a five minute walk, Augusta's Riverwalk a five minute drive and the Augusta National golf course a five mile drive away.

I have stayed at many B&B's, this has been by far, the most stately, sparkling clean room matched by the sparkling personality of Diana and Kelly. My suite was just as pictured absolutely perfect in every way. Relaxing on the hammock on this gorgeous spring day is simply delightful.
Coffee aroma was my alarm clock, breakfast was a pure treat
