Don't bother wasting your time. I can go on forever about how horrible my stay was here- and not just one issue reoccurring- many issues across the board that are easily preventable.

First got there shower had visible hair and dirt called to have them clean it and it STILL was crusted with the remains of the guest before me after- I had to clean it myself. Maid service everyday if they remembered and never around the same time, also never consistent- one day just the bed was made the next the whole room cleaned- very inconsistent.

Restaurant only open for dinner on Friday and Sat.. Oh! And for lunch.. by the pool.. which really means picking up a phone from the wall outside and telling them what you want from the FIVE options- that's right- JUST FIVE OPTIONS! AND they were basically all the same thing- hunk of meat on a bun. No salad, no wrap, nothing more then meat grease and fries. Breakfast buffet "when available" aka when they had enough staff to collect enough fake scrambled eggs to fill a platter. You cant charge anything to your room other then your nasty lunch from the pool- cant charge the "Starbucks" which is really just the best cleaning lady that day mixing some ice and coffee flavors.. you cant charge to your room at the pool bar.. pointless.

And the elevators- what a death trap! Constantly getting stuck while the public notice said they haven't been serviced since 2/2013, some even since 2012! How is this place still running! Cherry on top is you get to hear all the matrons and housemen yelling to/at each other outside all of the guest rooms as you wait for the elevator to take 15 minutes to get to your floor. Plus bottom floor of my designated elevators had the pool a few feet away- elevator was always slippery and had standing puddles of water inside and all around the waiting area for them. Seriously? You cant find a mop?

The parking garage was crawling with roaches bigger than your nasty meat sandwich from lunch and of course tons of urine.

TV sucks WIFI sucks HBO sucks no movie options- there isn't even an alarm clock in the room! Shades didn't shade a thing, and our room had a whole kitchen- with no table to eat on! All of the doors were broken- literally- closet door wouldn't slide, balcony door was like fighting the jaws of life to get a breath of fresh air (because standing on the mold infested carpets on the balcony was defiantly not a option for me)- the bathroom door had 3 different visible layers of paint and looked like someone was gnawing on the bottom of it- probably because there restaurant is disgusting! I can go on and on... I work in the hospitality industry and don't understand how they're still running..

Room Tip: LOL what spa?!

We apologize that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of your unit. Please know that this has been addressed.

The restaurant is indeed open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights. For lunch, while there are five menu items, these change daily in order to provide a variety of options. You can also charge to you room from the restaurant and the coffee bar.

Please know that the elevators are inspected on a regular basis and are always kept current. The parking garage area is treated for insects monthly.

We have had some issues with our WiFi recently, and these issues are being addressed by the appropriate staff.

Very nice clean rooms along with a great staff of employees. Everyone from check-in to housekeeping are efficient and friendly. Love the fact this is a pet friendly resort and the staff backs up that policy!

the room was very nice and clean. the staff was just wonderful..i will stay there again. the pools and lazy river was very inviting. really enjoyed the hot tub. the dog park was well kept also. I am giving this place a 5 star rating.

Room Tip: ask for a room with a kitchen. comes in handy

Nice hotel room, but terrible parking garage. The turns to go up and down the ramps are very sharp and the walls bear the paint markings of many cars that did not make it. Even the Breaker's parking garage, where my husband almost died falling down a flight of stairs while carrying a gallon jug of water in each hand, was more spacious. Parking is a major concern in a place like Myrtle Beach.

One thing that stood out as a negative was the motion detection AC sensors. It was very hot when we would return to the room. Then when sleeping, I would have to wave my arm to start the AC when it would get hot. I know this is to save energy but my comfort level was comprimised using this technology. I oftern herd other guest complain that the AC was not working. It was working, but they did not understand the motion detection of the AC sensors. The only other thing that was a negative is that the grout in the floor was so dirty that I felt the floor was just as dirty. Otherwise, may stay was one for the memory books as a good vacation.
