This is by far one of the greatest dining experiences EVER! There were eight in our party and we went on a Thursday evening off season. I HIGHLY recommend reservations. We made them and were really glad we did.
It works like this.....We get seated and your waiter takes your drink order and explains the coaster looking thing is what controls the men with meat stopping at your table. You start with the Dallas bar which is REALLY cool with things like sushi, olives, cheese, prosciutto, salad, quail eggs...etc. I recommend definitely get things from the salad bar but leave room on your plate for when you return to the table so you can get some meat. When you get back immediately turn your coaster to green. Pace yourself!!!!! They come by often with ALL sorts of meat from chicken to filet to lamb and pork. You even have your choice of doneness on some cuts of meat. Eat until your heart is content.
